The town of Smolyan is 11 km away from one of the most beautiful and famous Bulgarian resorts Pamporovo. It is especially favorable for winter sports - skiing and snowboarding. The total sum of the ski runs is 20 km and the snow cover stay for over 120 days of the year. And it is a short period compared to the 180 snow days at the highest peak of the Rhodopes - peak Perelik /2191 meters high/.
The forthcoming winter sports & tourist center of Perelik has great potential in real estate investments - 90 millions are planned.
